Meet jamie + Jill
Husband and wife, Jamie and Jill, created Nowita after years of sitting in an office daydreaming about creating something that was their own.
After developing a love of making ice cream and realising it tasted pretty good the idea of Nowita came one sunny afternoon! After two years of churning ice cream at home the pair were delighted to open the doors to their Partick shop in summer 2022.

Producing small batch ice cream means a lot of care goes into every single flavour. All those tasty extras (salted caramel, italian meringue, banana bread, chocolate honeycomb...) are homemade to ensure the highest quality!
We source the majority of our ingredients from local independent stores and farms with our milk and cream coming from the lovely team over at Mossgiel Farm! Check out our individual flavours to learn more about our locally sourced ingredients
You’ll find absolutely no artificial flavourings, colourings, or preservatives in our ice cream
Our packaging is made from natural materials and is fully recyclable. We also source our ingredients from suppliers who put an emphasis on sustainability
